Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

FitScore is made by Vantage Cost Analytics LLC ("Vantage", "we"). This policy explains what FitScore collects, why, who it's shared with, and your choices. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

Account: your email address and a password (stored by our sign-in provider; we never see your password).

Fitness data you enter: test results, the age, sex and bodyweight you enter with them, workouts and sets you log, weigh-ins and waist measurements, your profile (sex, birth year, bodyweight, height, units, country and state), and your gym equipment and workout preferences.

Training plans: the plans generated for you and how many you have used.

Feedback you send us, with your account email so we can reply.

On your device only (not sent to us): app settings such as theme, tours and reminder times. If you use FitScore without an account, your scores stay on your device and aren't saved.

Crash reports: if the app crashes or hits an error, a report is sent with the error, the screen it happened on, your device model, operating system and app version. Crash reports never include your name, email, account, IP address or fitness data.

We don't use advertising trackers or usage analytics, sell your data, or collect your precise location or contacts.

How we use it

To score your tests, save your history and show your progress.

To compare you with other FitScore users (community percentiles). Only counts and percentiles are ever shown, never anyone's individual results, and only once at least 200 people are in a group.

To build workouts and training plans for you, and to answer feedback.

Training plans and AI

When you ask for a training plan, the saved test result it is based on (test type, scores, age, sex, and any targets you chose), your plan settings and the number of workouts you logged recently are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model that writes the plan. Your name and email are not sent. Anthropic processes this to generate the plan and does not use it to train its models under its commercial terms.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run FitScore for us, only as needed: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Anthropic (training plans), Resend (delivers account and feedback emails), and Sentry (crash reports). They may process data in the United States.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of users or others.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, or share it for advertising.

Health information

Fitness results, bodyweight and workouts can be health-related information under some state laws (for example, Washington's My Health My Data Act). We collect them only to provide the features you use, never sell them, and you can delete them at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete individual tests and workouts in the app, and delete your account and all its data in Account → Delete account (or by emailing us). Deletion is immediate in the app; copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it, at any time.

Children

You must be 13 or older to create a FitScore account. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent can score a child's test in the app, but results entered for anyone under 13 are not saved. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or other US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Email us to use them; we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to each account's data is restricted to that account. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
