These terms are an agreement between you and Vantage Cost Analytics LLC ("Vantage") for using FitScore. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
FitScore gives general fitness information: scores, comparisons, workouts and training plans. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or qualified coach. See Health & safety. You exercise at your own risk.
Scores for military, FBI and other official tests use the published scoring tables, but FitScore is not affiliated with or endorsed by the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, FBI, CrossFit, LLC, HYROX or any other organization named in the app. Only the official test, administered by that organization, counts. Percentiles are estimates, and some are interim until better data is available (the app says which).
Training plans are written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from your saved results. They can contain mistakes. Use your judgment, adjust loads to how you feel, and stop if anything hurts.
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. The results and workouts you enter are yours. You let us store and process them to run FitScore, including counting them, without identifying you, in community percentiles.
Don't misuse FitScore: no attempting to access other users' data, overloading or reverse-engineering the service, or entering results to manipulate community comparisons.
The app, its design and its text belong to Vantage or its licensors. Third-party data and images are used under their licenses (see Credits & notices).
We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using FitScore and delete your account at any time.
FitScore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vantage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercise you choose to do, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
If you got FitScore from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: [email protected].
